We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator Coordinator to join our dedicated team at North Shore Veterinary Hospital (NSVH).

Our hospital boasts a team of skilled veterinarians, nurses, and support staff who work collaboratively to ensure exceptional patient care.

Position: Administrator Coordinator

Location: Artarmon, Sydney

Employment Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative support for Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Coordination of reminders programs at NSVH
- Maintenance and management of rostering
- Financial assistance (e.g. banking reconciliations, production of monthly debtors and sales)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support within the hospital
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration and Management
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a veterinary or medical setting
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or other Qualifications in Practice Management
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is desirable.
