Our client started as one-man army and is now an established and industry-leading Electricity training organisation operating for close to 20 years.
They provide training and development services throughout Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania and to a range of industries including the Construction and Building, Civil Works and Electrical Supply industry and their many contractors.
About The Opportunity:
They are looking for a
Training Manager to join their company in
Dandenong South,
VIC. Your salary will start at
$110,000 pa | Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Super.
The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for the coordination and management of all training operations.
Reporting directly to
the Director some of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients to program the training, prepare Training Proposals (issued to the client) and course material requirement documents
- Overseeing Curriculum Development Services, Workplace Procedure Audits and Competency Assessments
- Providing guidance to company personnel in order to achieve defined goals
- Ensuring policies and procedures are available, understood and implemented by the training staff.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role
- A trade background within the Electrical Supply Industry would be an advantage
- Excellent phone manner as well as written and verbal communication
- A practical and methodical approach to their work
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
