We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Manager to join our team at People2People. Key Responsibilities- Fleet Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of our fleet, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on purchasing and fleet management.
- Insurance Management: Manage insurance requirements, including reporting on asset thefts, damages, and disposals. Coordinate all fleet accident and incident claims, ensuring accurate record-keeping and processing of insurance claims.
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with external suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient provision of goods and services related to the fleet.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement systems and processes for effective fleet management, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Staff Training: Support staff training on the online requisitioning system and recommend system improvements.
- Experience: Proven experience in fleet management, with a strong background in purchasing, procurement, finance, or contracts management.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in fleet management, finance, procurement, legal/contracts management, or a related business field.
- Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fleet Knowledge: Familiarity with Victorian fleet policies and experience in managing fleet compliance and insurance.
- Supportive Team Environment: Join a dynamic and supportive team environment that values collaboration and open communication.
- Fixed Term Contract: Enjoy a 12-month fixed term contract with potential for extension.
