ATLAS Recruitment are working with a leading D&C water & wastewater engineering company who are looking for a HR manager to join their Melbourne team.
Some of your primary tasks would include:
- Work with recruitment agencies to source specific roles that require specialised support.
- Screen CV's received based on criteria agreed with the business and initial phone interviews
- Complete reference checks and prepare a summary of the business to aid final selection.
- Assist the business unit in defining / preparing a role description and sizing the role against market benchmarks
- Provide ongoing expertise and education to support the business on HR matters including employee relations
- Issue letters of offer, employment contracts, company policies and finalise commencement date.
- Support the onboarding of the employee including the initial induction.
About you
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR related preferred
- Human resources business partnering experience (3+ Years)
- Knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, Awards, Industrial Agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity at all times.
- A proactive problemsolver
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
