As the Strategy Manager in the Customer Strategy team, you will lead end-to-end problem solving, story-telling, and stakeholder management for enterprise-wise strategies as well as support the Head of Strategy to run the annual Corporate Planning process.

This is a high-profile role in an established team of ex-consultants, and reports directly to the Head of Strategy.


To be successful in this role, you will need a full consulting toolkit, an interest in health and wellbeing, a passion for team-based problem solving, and strong stakeholder management skills.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Leading the endtoend design and execution of portfolio and enterprisewide strategy, as well as supporting the annual Corporate Planning process
  • Defining, guiding, and overseeing analysis and insight to develop strategies and recommendations
  • Leading senior stakeholder engagement across customer strategy and proposition, including authoring LT deliverables and playing a collaborative leadership role in key forums
  • Developing junior Strategy team members to build their technical consulting toolkit, as well as soft skills

What do I need?

  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in commerce, engineering, or another discipline with heavy quantitative exposure
  • Minimum of three years' experience in management consulting, with experience leading a project endtoend
  • Demonstrated success in structured problem solving that includes problem definition, hypotheses testing, analysis plan, facilitating discussion/ workshops and getting buyin
  • Demonstrated achievements in advanced financial, business case and other quantitative analyses (e.g. forecasting, scenario modelling etc.)
  • Ability to 'join the dots' to understand the broader context of strategic issues
  • Substantial project management experience using robust methodologies
