About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm & Personalisation Manager to lead our strategic vision and execution of CRM and personalisation initiatives across our retail brands, including Priceline.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role, reporting to the Head of Loyalty & eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Implementing and optimising CRM strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement, while supporting trade marketing and retail media goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the CRM team in executing the Priceline eDM program, overseeing consumer journeys, eDM creation and distribution, segmentation, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • MarTech Product Strategy and Implementation: Develop a comprehensive MarTech product strategy and roadmap. Prioritise Marketing Automation features, implement and optimise cross-platform Personalisation, leverage data insights for continuous improvement, and stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Personalisation Platform Implementation: Drive the development and implementation of personalisation platforms and strategies.
  • Personalisation Business Case: Develop compelling business cases for personalization initiatives, act as the business owner for implementation, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Innovating Segmentation Strategies: Champion a data-driven culture and implement innovative approaches to customer segmentation.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in CRM or Digital marketing, preferably in retail; tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, experience design, or digital.
  • Proficient in Marketing Automation and Personalisation Platforms
  • Proven track record in CRM and digital marketing, managing full CRM campaign lifecycles, and creating/refining CRM strategies. Familiar with various loyalty technologies.
  • Strong ability to drive customer outcomes, manage Opex, and leverage data for strategy optimisation.
  • Experienced in defining business requirements, working with digital vendors, and developing digital business cases.
  • Skilled in leading and developing marketing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Effective in collaborating across departments and valuing team contributions.
  • Excellent at tailoring communication for diverse audiences, from senior leadership to junior team members.
