Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead the Shell Card marketing team at Viva Energy Retail. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Shell Card business, driving business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Marketing Team Management: Lead and manage the Shell Card marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the Shell Card business, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth, including social media, email, and event marketing.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
