About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Content Strategy Manager to join our Brand and Marketing team at MLC Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and brand management, with a proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and strategies. You will be passionate about storytelling and have excellent writing and communication skills. Additionally, you will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a communications strategy role with a proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns and strategies
  • Previous experience in a people leadership role
  • Superior writing, storytelling, and content development skills
  • Demonstrated experience in brand management and brand engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in deriving actionable insights from research to drive business value
  • Understanding of Behavioural Economics principles
  • Strong project management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
