About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team in our Australian head office in Docklands. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our national Merchandise Strategy and Retail Pricing across the East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain accurate pricing data across 130 branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support pricing decisions, ensuring effective management of inventory lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication of pricing information.
  • Process high-volume pricing requests, exemptions, and contract amendments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with IT and Data Integrity teams to ensure accurate pricing data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of pricing-related queries.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a business, commerce, or finance-related degree or equivalent. You will demonstrate experience in business intelligence, data insight, or strategy, as well as strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and create meaningful outputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot is highly desirable.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Access and Power BI is an advantage.
