- Oversee agency relationships and teams to ensure cost-effective spending and optimal campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on SEM, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven success in managing performance marketing channels and driving significant revenue growth.
- Expertise in SEM, SEO, Display, and Affiliate marketing, with a track record of integrating and managing multi-channel efforts.
- Experience overseeing substantial marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Skilled in managing multiple agency relationships and teams.
- Hands-on with affiliate marketing, retargeting, and shopping campaigns to boost sales.
- Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush for keyword research and search engine optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and other campaign management tools.
- Commercially astute with experience in budget planning, digital strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project management capabilities.
- Experienced in using product data feeds for dynamic ad optimisation in PMAX.
- Capable of developing and executing content strategies for organic channel growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with high autonomy and strong team collaboration abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and optimisation.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce and retail settings is a plus.
