What you'll be doing

  • Work with line managers to analyse role requirements and prepare Role Profiles and person specifications.
  • Determine the most effective sourcing strategy for each specific role and ensure advertising and recruitment costs are kept within budget.
  • Prepare and place advertisements for vacant positions using the appropriate media, including advertising internally.
  • Undertake shortlisting and phone screening on behalf of managers where appropriate.
  • Arrange, coordinate and conduct interviews as required.
  • Organise and manage recruitment events as required e.g. new store openings, large recruitment drives.
  • Advise on appropriate preemployment checks, including reference checks and work rights
  • Coordinate job offers to successful applicants and liaise with HR Coordinator regarding preparation of contracts.
  • Drive social media recruitment platform
  • Develop and implement EVP strategy in consultation with GM People and Culture
  • Analyse and build competencies for new and existing roles to drive a sales culture
Who you are

  • Experiece within a simialr Talent role
  • Retail, hospitality or manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience in implementation of processes via an Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong experience using an ATS
  • Understanding of Fair Work ACT/Discrimination Legislation
  • The ability to collect and analyse information, problemsolve, and make decisions.
  • The ability to deliver information in person, in writing, and in a digital world
