About Us:
Binah is an established Australian builder with a 15-year history of growth and success. Specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, we have a robust portfolio in the private sector, with an average project value of $150 million and an impressive annual turnover exceeding $200 million.
Your New Role:
As Binah's New Business Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Bid Manager and work closely with the New Business Manager to support the new business team in securing future work.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Working with various internal teams to collate and submit tenders
- Managing internal processes for efficient proposal submissions
- Collecting and organizing project opportunities data
- Collating creative content for bid submissions
- Assisting in organizing client meetings and networking opportunities
For You to Be Successful:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- 3 years' experience in managing bid submissions
- Strong background in construction, design, and marketing
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes
- Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Positive, collaborative team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Collateral management and document control skills
- Ability to write media plans
- Managing external resources for marketing materials delivery
