About Architectus


At Architectus, you'll be part of a multi-award-winning Australian architecture and design studio, with a multi-disciplinary approach and specialties across public, residential, transport, interiors, commercial, education, urban design and planning.

We operate as a single studio, with teams based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Fundamental to our approach is a deep community focus and high aspirations to design with resilience, ensuring each of our projects are underpinned by the Architectus 5 P's philosophy - people, place, purpose, planet and production.


About the Role
As a New Business Leader, you will partner with sector leaders to develop and implement tailored sector business plans. The role focuses on strategically pursuing must win opportunities and producing high quality submissions and pitches to clients.

Working as part of an amazing national team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and nurture our client and collaborator relationships
  • Proactively manage the practice's pipeline in CRM across agreed sectors
  • Partner with Principals and the Client + New Business team to develop and progress strategic pursuit plans
  • Manage and produce submissions and presentations which differentiate Architectus (and celebrate the wins)
  • Collect client feedback and identify key trends and themes
  • Partner with the team to coordinator client engagement events and activities nationally.

About You

  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced software knowledge including Microsoft Office and Adobe suites
  • Demonstrated relative experience, and exposure to implementing business plans
  • Implementation of business plans
