Unidex specializes in healthcare recruitment, focusing on Disability Services, Support Services, and Allied Health.

The Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to aid a male participant residing in Branxton, NSW. The participant requires support at home and during community outings, particularly at the gym.

The role involves providing support from Monday to Friday, with day shifts scheduled from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The working hours may have slight variations depending on participant needs.

Pay Rates:

  • Day - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic assistance
  • Community access

Skills & Experiences:

  • Demonstrating reliability, proactivity, and a positive attitude
  • Interest in fitness (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Experience in handling Spinal Cord Injuries and Acquired Brain Injuries
  • Completion of NDIS Effective Communication Module
  • Possession of a current National Police Clearance
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current NDIS Screening check
  • Possession of First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Holder of an Australian Driver Licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
