About the role


Grampians Health Ballarat's Radiology is a 'state of the art' department that performs approximately 10,000 exams per month across a wide range of diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, Fluoroscopy and General X-ray.


You will efficiently perform all duties relating to Customer Service, including Reception, Phones, liaise with Doctors and other health professionals and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently perform all duties relating to Customer Service.
  • Liaise with reporting Doctors and other health professionals.
  • Prepare patient documentation for reporting within COMRAD.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions and telephone calls

Skills and experience

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, along with a history of administrative excellence
  • Experience with Hospital based computer systems, including knowledge of COMRAD would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail in all areas of written and verbal communication
  • Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge
