**About the role**

4 North Ward is a 24 bed Acute Medical Ward including specialties of Cardiology, Neurology and a Stroke Unit. If you have exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to quality and are a driven leader, this is the position for you.

Applications are invited from Ward Clerks to join the team on 4north. This position is predominantly evening shifts consisting of three 5.6 hour shifts per fortnight (16 hours per fortnight). There will be the opportunity to work additional hours through leave replacement shifts.

Applicants must be a team player, who is empathetic and believe in a holistic approach. Excellent clerical, communication and time management skills are essential. Familiarity with IBA, Bossnet and other data bases is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform frontline reception and administrative support
- Provide customer service to patients and stakeholders

**Skills and experience**
- Frontline clerical experience (desirable)
- Strong computer skills
- Well developed inter-personal skills
