About the Role

The Project Officer will be responsible for providing project support across a range of Policy and Advocacy (P&A) strategy, projects, events, communications, and advocacy campaigns to support delivery of the P&A team's respective workplans.

The Project Officer will work across the P&A team to provide support and coordination, including:

  • Developing project documentation and updating progress on project timelines
  • Completing reporting documentation on project delivery,
  • Completing necessary documentation for procurement, risk management and reporting purposes
  • Providing secretariat support to project meetings, including minutes, meeting organisation, and liaison with attendees
  • Provide support for updating the College Policy and Advocacy workplan
  • Support the development of the P&A Strategic Plan and Evaluation Plan
  • Support development of P&A communications, including fact sheets, ebulletins and other communications
  • Support key stakeholder meetings as necessary
  • Provide general project support to the P&A team, including for events, crossteam and crossCollege projects

This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 3 days per week flexibly.
