About the role:
Duties and responsibilities:
Full function accounts payable processing
Data entry:
matching, batching and coding
Managing the AP inbox
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payments
Office administration:
managing incoming out-going mails, maintaining in house database.
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
Skills and Experience required:
3+ Years proven experience in an accounts payable position
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player that can collaborate closely with your team members
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
