We have an opportunity for a
Project Coordinator to join our team based out of our project office in **Milton QLD.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role of Project Coordinator is responsible for performing, coordinating and overseeing administrative duties in support of the Project.
The performance objectives for the role reflect responsibility for comprehensive assistance and administrative support to the whole program.This includes but is not limited to:
- preparing reports,
- handling information requests,
- preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for an excellent multi-tasker who can manage conflicting priorities, likes a challenge and genuinely enjoys working with others.
You will be versatile and willing to learn outside your comfort zone combined with a strong and persistent approach to resolving problems at a detailed level to meet project requirements.
About you
- Proven project administration experience in a large project team within a large organisation
- Experience in Telecommunications and Construction industries is preferable
- Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
