About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Coordinator to join our team in Central Queensland. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with time, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
  • Utilize QA/QC software for Lot management and instigate / collect / verify / validate conformance artefacts.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop strategic alliances with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain effective relationships to manage client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree qualification in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated construction delivery experience on public infrastructure/rail projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software (desirable).
  • Proficient or intermediate skill level with Expert Estimation software (desirable).
  • To be decisive on business issues, displaying timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Initiative, motivated & self-driven.
