Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to spearhead our digital transformation, guiding our organisation through this exciting evolution.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by ensuring our organisation is fully prepared and equipped to embrace new technologies and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Create comprehensive change management plans to ensure organisational readiness
- Conduct readiness assessments and develop action plans to address any gaps
- Coordinate communication, training efforts, and collaborate with our Communications Manager and L&D Specialist to deliver clear and effective messaging
- Oversee the sequencing of change initiatives across multiple ICT projects, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy
We are looking for someone with experience in leading organisational-wide change initiatives, preferably within social and community services. You should have a deep understanding of change management principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders to foster a positive acceptance of change.
We value PROSCI accreditation or experience in coordinating training programs.
