ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a highly rewarding position for somebody who is driven and thrives in fast-paced environments. A vibrant role that is ever changing. You will be a strong communicator who has customer and client service experience. The position will see you assist in the
administration duties within a Fire service organisation. You will assist with job bookings, contracts admin, processing orders and supplier liaison. Pronto will be highly regarded, though not essential. The team is supportive and has a great culture including monthly team activities in their modern offices.
DUTIES
- Billing of client invoices generated from our Portables products business unit
- Allocation and communication with technicians on various service calls
- Maintaining the central client inbox and central customer service line
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Allocation of parts and pricing of materials on invoices
- Review of weekly timesheets from technicians
- Support Service Operations Team as required with other client invoice requirements
- Provide assistance with call Centre inbound phone coverage
