  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage ANHFloors' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate highquality and engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media data and insights to track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Stay uptodate with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to increase reach and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute new ideas.
  • Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying uptodate with industry trends.


ANHFloors offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan.
