You will have considerable experience with commercial acumen strategies and approaches to the promotion of growth, sales, and operational excellence.

The Club Manager role encompasses the following:

- **Membership Expansion**: Drive membership growth and encourage engagement with all club services. Engage potential members and offer tailored solutions to boost visitation.
- **Social Media and Marketing**: Proven experience leveraging social media to market and engage with members and drive membership growth.
- **Team Leadership and Coordination**: Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Oversee classes, coaches and personal trainers. Oversee staff rostering and lead the team proactively, with mindful, forward-thinking strategies. Handle aspects of inventory management for retail and gym-floor areas.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure currency of membership fees and additional budgeting controls including expenses.
- **Customer Experience**: Oversee and deliver outstanding service, propose and manage relevant classes, personal training, retail, and other additional services. Approach member concerns with empathy and direction. Ensure efficient operation of the retail area, identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Execute routine inspections of club and equipment to ensure optimum safety, cleanliness and member experience. Implement and monitor WHS protocols.

**Main Duties**
- Direct sales for new memberships and retail sales.
- Promote the brand and image within the local community and on social media
- Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.
- Manage a team of casual employees and contract personal trainers.
- Meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Seek out and generate new sales leads.
- Maintain the high standards of the club.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
