About the Role:

This role is vital in leading the Customer Connections team for Powercor, CitiPower, and United Energy. You will drive the team towards success in Customer Connections processes, ensuring operational excellence and fostering strong client relationships.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in the power industry, particularly in connection, design, or construction/operations
  • Customer service expertise in managing teams in complex environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive process improvement
  • Proven experience in team management and regulatory compliance
