What this opportunity involves:

We are currently seeking a Service Centre Operator to join our dynamic, client-facing team.

As a Service Centre Operator, you will play a crucial role in responding to facilities management requests and property service queries.

You'll be responsible for managing requests from initiation to completion, ensuring prompt resolution and providing ongoing operational support to property and portfolio managers.


An Overview of the role:

Handle day-to-day property and facilities management requests via web or telephone using specialized property management software.
Coordinate and liaise with property managers, building occupants, and service providers for the smooth performance of works.
Proactively manage works to minimize service level agreement (SLA) breaches.
Keep customers informed of the status of work orders throughout the entire process.
Collaborate with service providers on works in progress and ensure compliance with assigned SLAs.
Coordinate emergency maintenance works following established protocols.
Assess the financial value of works and approve invoices in line with authority delegations.
Actively participate in portfolio-specific projects and gain valuable work experience alongside property managers.
