At ING, the Mortgages Tribe drives the performance of the mortgages business through a clear strategy and cross-functional execution.

We are seeking a Senior Customer Journey Expert for the Mortgage Tribe focusing on ESG. This role involves transforming and optimizing the customer journey throughout the ESG value chain.

What You'll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of the ESG home retrofitting and home buying ecosystem
  • Develop processes to transform the ESG value chain
  • Collaborate with various teams to design the ESG journey
  • Ensure seamless integration of credit and ESG policies
  • Drive initiatives to minimize the environmental footprint of the Mortgage business
  • Work with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
