CBRE's Development and Infrastructure team is full service advisory, design, engineering, program and construction management for diverse projects across Australia.

NSW D&I is seeking a capable Bid Coordinator/marketing and administrative support to help the team.

As a component part of the one the world's most recognisable property companies, CBRE Development & Infrastructure offers a high level of industry exposure, that when coupled with a unique, innovative approach, helps CBRE's clients solve complex property development and infrastructure challenges.


About the role:

  • Bid Coordination and Marketing Collateral (60%)- Delivery of Expressions of Interest and Tender submissions.
  • Develop and maintain general marketing material to support bids and client enquiry including capability statements, case studies, staff CV's and our photo reference library.
  • Assist with reviewing the bid process including procedures, standardised content and templates to streamline bid preparation and improve bid quality.
  • Proof reading and copy editing.
  • Assisting the marketing team with team newsletter, LinkedIn content and company intranet updates.
  • Administrative Support (40%)- Assisting Operations Manager with finance functions - Month end reporting, invoicing, expense management, Salesforce Input, forecasting and budget tracking
  • Employee onboarding and maintenance of staff profiles
  • Providing administrative support to the management team on an ad hoc basis
  • Supporting the events team, organising social events and coordinating vendors etc.

About you:

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Bid, Accounts/Admin.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks.
  • Superior organization skills.
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication, especially with clients.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not essential.
  • Upbeat personality with the ability to work well within a team
