You've always had an interest in how processes and systems work and how they can be improved to make your 'working life' easier.


Trying out the latest software or tinkering with current ones to make them easier to use gives you a sense of satisfaction.

It puts a smile on your face when your colleagues compliment you on how your work has made their life easier.

In this role no 2 days for you will be the same.

Clients' expectations change, urgent problems need fixing and there is ongoing internal and project reporting that needs to be provided.


You'll take over from a person who has done this role for 5 years and so there is framework in place and new software has been implemented.

You'll be given operating manuals, detailed company mapping and a structure you can follow.

You won't be inheriting a mess that you need to sort.

Additionally, you will be checking out new software, doing due diligence on current systems and financial assessments that the company is getting good

return on its software investments.


You will have dealings with big corporate companies, government entities and smaller privately owned clients meaning you won't be getting bored anytime soon.


The salary is $80-$100k + super + yearly bonus and you will be working out of an office in North Sydney near the train station.

_About you_
You don't need to be the finished article for this role as on the job training will be provided.


However there are 3 points that you will need to tick - if you can do these below we would love to hear from you.


  • A background and understanding of safety systems and processes within construction. If you can use Hammertech that would be handy but not essential.
  • You'll need to be versatile and able to manage your own workload and deadlines. And it's very important that you can communicate well with your team as well as the clients.
  • You've done monthly reporting and auditing before and you can demonstrate that you've implemented new software or managed processes previously.
