About the role


Based in Sydney, your role will be to co-ordinate and administer all aspects of Ventia Training compliance operations (RTO/ TEO / Ventia Training) focusing on quality learning material, training and assessment methodologies and best practice learner engagement and outcomes in the delivery of training that meets stakeholders' training needs.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the quality assurance and continuous improvement actions relating to systems reporting (accredited and non-accredited), administration and staff development across RTO & TEO activities
  • Oversee RTO & TEO compliance activities, including the collation of periodic and adhoc reports for clients, audit and Australian Vocational Education and Training Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) reporting, NZQA reporting and implementing recommendations for RTO & TEO compliance
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of training and assessment strategies, recognition of prior learning pathways and Ventia Training's curriculum resources
  • Review and continually improve the identification of new technology for learning, enhance current system utilisation, and provide proactive, strategic input into methods that foster digital access and success for our stakeholders
  • Analyse regular reports on stakeholder experience feedback and identify trends derived from feedback and market indicators, adding value and supporting business growth

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated experience with ASQA and AQF and RTO compliance coordination
  • Marketing qualifications highly desirable
  • Relevant business administration, training, or audit qualifications
  • Experience with the national training system, training delivery within a regulated quality framework, reporting analytics and audit and quality control
  • Work collaboratively and focus on quality outcomes and results
  • Strong people and communication skills
