Senior Software Developer - Next Js/Node Js Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) At CES, we have ambitious targets to keep billions of drink containers out of landfill and transform them into resources that can be used again and again.

Our in-house designed Saa S suite supports this mission, and we're looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Customer squad, reporting to the Tech Lead.

You will be expert in modern testing frameworks and practices (BDD, TDD), and be willing to guide and mentor others in best software development practices.

Our Senior Software Developers are key members of our engineering team, contributing to design, development, and maintenance of our applications in an Agile framework.

Our Frontend technology stacks are primarily built in Next Js/React Js, Node Js, Tailwind CSS/Components, Story Book, Strapi CMS and Drupal.

Our backend technology stacks are heavily Java container focused primarily on Kubernetes and Event Streaming technologies in AWS, and we also use Oracle Cloud.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Next Js and Nest Js highly desirable and some Java experience is required (even if rusty), Experience in cloud environment – ideally AWS or Oracle Cloud – is required.

Professional experience with microservices architecture, including REST API's.3+ years of professional experience working with Container based applications & infrastructure.
Some experience of working with Event Driven applications using Kafka or similar tools.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications with a focus on scalability, reliability and performance. Experience with modern test automation frameworks and practices (e.g.
BDD, TDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, Junit etc) is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
