We are seeking a talented Development Lead with expertise in AWS Event-Based Architecture (EBA) to join our dynamic team. As the Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of cloud solutions that leverage AWS EBA principles. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of AWS EBA solutions that align with business requirements and architectural guidelines
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Drive the implementation of complex cloud-native integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Apply performance engineering techniques to optimize system performance and scalability
  • Ensure loose coupling and high reliability of systems through effective architectural design
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

What You Have

  • Extensive experience in software development, with focus on cloud platforms and AWS EBA
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and their capabilities, particularly in the context of event-driven architectures
  • Proven experience designing and implementing AWS EBA solutions in a production environment
  • Experience in building solutions using AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, S3, DynamoDB, Route 53, API Gateway, AWS WAF
  • Experience in setting up the Serverless environments
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology
