The Role:

Furthermore, the Digital and Business Applications Manager takes charge of the entire data life-cycle, encompassing inventory management, governance, data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting solutions.


The role will be accountable to the Chief Information Officer and can be worked flexibly between our Southbank office and home - hybrid work model.


Key Responsibilities:

Data:

  • Data inventory and classification and implementation of the process to maintain them
  • Define and maintain the data architecture in alignment with Engie Group governance
  • Keep it running and maintenance of the reporting systems, included ETL
  • Animate the Business reporting community
  • Focus on the business added value

Digital:

  • Collect the needs from the business (nonretail) and support functions
  • Implement the Digital tool in alignment with Engie Group standard tools

Business Applications:

  • Keep it running and maintenance of the Business Applications (Non retail): Finance, Quality, Tax, HR, Communication
  • Collect the Business needs and implement the necessary tools

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in adapting and implementing effective processes, and proficiency in managing change in processes and systems to adapt to evolving organizational needs.

You will have experience in project management methodologies to oversee digital and IT projects effectively.

You are collaborative in your approach and able to balance both internal and external stakeholders. You possess exceptional communication skills and can manage complexity whilst driving results.
