The Company:


My client is a leading supplier of raw materials and ingredients to the food and beverage industry in Australia and New Zealand.

They currently seek a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in Sydney.


As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns they may have.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Update customer information in our system
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working for a distributor
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
