A well-respected and long-established family owned Australian manufacturer based in Wetherill Park is requiring an Administrator (Production Coordinator) processing incoming sales orders and facilitating the work orders for the production area.


This position is a varied role with administrative functions, exposure to sales order entering (data entry), good analytical skills, generate work orders for production, provide warehouse with paperwork for deliveries and support the finance team with basic accounting functions such as cash allocations and accounts payable.


Key responsibilities:

  • Entry of production orders in ERP system,
  • Generate work orders for production,
  • Processing of finished production in ERP system,
  • Provide the warehouse with paperwork for deliveries.
  • Provide basic accounting support (Cash Allocations and Accounts Payable) to the Finance team.
