As a prominent provider of funeral, cemetery, crematoria, and associated services in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, our primary goal is to create poignant farewell experiences that deeply resonate with families and communities.


The Role:
  • Lead and develop a team to meet financial targets while fostering a culture aligned with IVC values and purpose.
  • Build strong local business relationships and oversee the execution of local area engagement campaigns.
  • Create a strategic plan for the multi-state territory and drive teams to achieve set targets.
  • Collaborate on product range value proposition and content management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, policies, and provide support for field teams' success.

Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales/business development leadership roles.
  • Proven coaching and development skills for achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing multi-brand, multi-location teams.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
