About the Role

As the People & Culture (P&C) Manager reporting to the General Manager NPO, you will partner with the business to ensure the operation meets its medium to long-term plans. Your responsibilities will include managing the P&C function, supporting the leadership team, and focusing on developing a high-performing team to shape the company's future. You will play a key role in shaping the business culture, implementing change management processes, driving organizational effectiveness, and facilitating key P&C cycles at the site.

  • Leading change management processes and initiatives
  • Driving organizational effectiveness and improvement
  • Implementing operational training and support systems
  • Advising and coaching in ER space, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Facilitating key P&C cycles such as remuneration and talent review

The role is based at Northparkes and ideally requires residency in Parkes or surrounding areas. A competitive salary package including housing and vehicle allowances, relocation assistance, and other benefits is provided.

About You

You should have significant experience in a P&C role within a medium to large organization, ideally leading a team. Experience in dynamic environments and site-based P&C leadership roles is preferred, along with knowledge of contemporary P&C practices and change initiatives. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to align P&C plans with business strategy are crucial. Demonstrating inclusive leadership and a commitment to safety and excellence is essential.
