The Manager, People & Culture is a key business partner to the Qantas Cabin Crew business unit. This position leads and drives the People plan, initiatives, programs and procedures. This role has joint responsibility with business leaders to ensure the growth, development and engagement of all staff.

You will have:

  • 10 years relevant professional experience Tertiary qualification in HR/Business related degree or equivalent experience required. Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with business in large organisation Proven ability managing change and building organisational capability Strong stakeholder management ability Resilience and ability to be flexible and adaptable in complex environments Proven interpersonal and relationship development skills Delivery focused engaging right stakeholders at right time Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to communicate in both technical and business language Driven to succeed, selfmotivated and able to work independently with limited direction or guidance
