NTT is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our sales operations team on a permanent position, with a flexible working environment


The role will see you providing operational sales support to the branch sales teams, working closely with the Client Managers to process client quotations, manage client Purchase Order detail, respond to Client queries and also manage escalations.

The role focuses on IT hardware, software, managed services, so will provide you with an excellent opportunity to learn

The role will have varied responsibilities:

  • Quoting
  • work with sales, a range of internal teams, external vendors for pricing, liaise with technical teams to provide appropriate quotes for clients within defined SLA's


E-Procurement Application
  • Administration manage special pricing, respond to client queries and follow the quote to order process in the system
  • Sales Order Management ensure all vendor requirements are met; resolve any issues; escalate urgent orders; manage proforma invoices

What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Experience in a similar role such eg. sales administration, purchasing, customer service role, within a corporates environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
