This position is responsible for the timely dispatch, logístical support and coordination of NSW Ambulances resources in defined geographical areas to patients in the community.


A dispatcher will be able to multi task, have good situational awareness, can plan and prioritise work in a fast paced environment.


Applicant Information
Roles are appointed on a permanent full time basis across a 24/7 rotating roster.
These positions will be for our Sydney Ambulance Centre (Eveleigh) only.

  • All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of COVID19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID19 vaccination status if successful._

  • Touch Typing skills of thirty (30) words per minute with an accuracy of ninetyeight percent (98%). (Validation of typing speed and accuracy will be necessary prior to employment being confirmed).
