ABOUT THE ROLE


The primary purpose of this role is to provide NSW Ambulance staff with support to look after their physical health and reduce the risk of chronic disease or lifestyle related illness.

The position is responsible for supporting staff to create individualised health goals and action plans targeting specific health and lifestyle behaviours.

This includes improving long term health outcomes to assist staff in maintaining the required level of health and fitness for their role.


The position will also focus on employee physical health and wellbeing education including delivering the Body Fit component of the Wellbeing Workshop for paramedic graduates, call takers and dispatchers.

The Wellbeing Workshop is a comprehensive employee education initiative focused on enhancing the wellbeing of all NSW Ambulance employees. Please refer to the Role Description and Position Conditions and General Info for further information.
