ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Support records management at NSW Ambulance by undertaking the creation, retrieval, movement, searching, digitisation and archiving of records in accordance with internal policy and instruction, under general supervision.
  • Support team functions, including processing data entry of records information in the NSW Ambulance records management system, Content Manager.
  • Provide customer service with advice and support to stakeholders as directed in accordance with internal procedures and policies
  • This role is onsite and will involve manual handling duties, including handling standard archive boxes, and requires proficiency in safe manual handling practices.
