With a combined total of 126 residents living at Eltham, the role of Clinical Manager will be overseeing the care and support for 63 residents. We provide a welcoming and inclusive community where our residents enjoy the comfort of a relaxed lifestyle.

Great opportunity to work closely with another onsite Clinical Manager to collaborate, lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and servicess, helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Etlham.

You will be a clinically focused, experienced aged care professional, who can engage with your team to coach and mentor, drive continuous improvement, whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and person-centred care.

· Sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes;

· Ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice

· Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

· Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination

· National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
