Job Description

Bancroft School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the trial are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring that all aspects of the trial are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project coordinators, regulatory specialists, and study managers, to ensure that all aspects of the trial are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and regulatory agencies, to ensure that all aspects of the trial are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clinical trials are conducted with the highest level of quality, including ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in clinical trial management, including experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
