About the Company


Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements the role is responsible for developing training materials and also engage in delivery of training programs within our NSW Government agency client.

This role is a Hybrid work role, paying $ p/h + super on a 4 month contract.

About the Role

  • Develop and deliver training to staff with the knowledge, practical skills to carry out workrelated tasks
  • Analyse and identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities across all teams
  • Support organisational planning, talent, succession and performance cycle processes by undertaking coordination of key activities
  • Work with managers and trainers to solve specific training problems necessary to guarantee training progression or resolve skillrelated performance issues
  • Maintain documentation and training materials in line with requirements

About You

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Experience working with various training development and delivery tools and formats.
  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering blended learning strategies to support new systems, business processes and procedures and the diverse needs of stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent engagement and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and maintain stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with ability to analyse and provide solutions
