We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dayforce Learning Facilitator to join our team at Uniting. As a key member of our HRIS Project Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning experiences that develop capability and confidence in our new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop and deliver interactive and memorable learning experiences that showcase Dayforce system capabilities and empower employees to master new systems.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Guide subject matter experts in a sandbox environment to explore and assess functionality, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Evaluate and Improve Learning Events: Evaluate learning events to recommend continuous performance improvements, such as tweaking processes and content for maximum impact.
  • Maximise Change Adoption: Engage in-person and virtual system practice sessions to maximise change adoption and ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related training delivery qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Dayforce learning delivery, with a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong Understanding of HR Transformations in large and distributed organisations, with experience contributing to change management plans for go-live preparation and sustaining performance in a BAU environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to influence others and promote industry best practices in learning domains.
