Job Title: Caseworker

We are seeking an experienced Caseworker to join our team in Western Sydney. As a Caseworker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people in foster care, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support children and young people, and undertaking comprehensive risk assessments and home visits.

About the Role:
  • Manage a caseload of children and young people in foster care
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support children and young people
  • Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and conduct home visits
  • Identify strengths of families as well as areas where risk is high
  • Facilitate groups and workshops relating to the service
  • Produce clear, concise and accurate documentation and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years casework experience in a relevant Child & Family program
  • Understanding of child protection legislation
  • Current driver's licence and WWCC
