The Role:


bestchance Child Family Care is currently seeking an exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach to join our organization as a Customer Service Officer/Receptionist.


Reporting to the Customer Service/Intake - Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for families requiring out services.

The role will focus on converting enquiries to enrolments and provide quality customer service in the areas of Training, Early Years and Inclusion Support services, and provide support to bestchance Child Family Care staff and clients using a strength-based approach.

This role will also see you participating in the weekly reception cover roster.


As an experienced and passionate customer service expert with excellent conversional skills, you will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people every day.

This is a Full time onsite role, with work timings as 8.30 AM - 5 PM.

About you:

To be successful you will have experience working in similar role within a fast paced and complex environment.


With exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on the go and complete work accurately and on time.


Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in being a team player, with your adaptability and your ability to develop rapport and positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
