The Opportunity Due to ongoing business growth, this is a superb opportunity for a Supervising or Principal level Structural Engineer to become a trusted advisor to numerous Clients, manage and mentor your team, and deliver superb engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities Here you'll manage existing clients and develop relationships with new clients to generate ongoing repeat business.

You'll also manage and lead an experienced structural team of engineers and drafters, therefore you'll require strong engineering design, technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Skills A recognised Australian engineering degree with CP Eng status Highly developed verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills Strong design skills in materials handling structures (mines and ports) Demonstrated ability to liaise with and develop strong Client relationships Proven ability to lead and mentor an engineering team As one of the leading specialist consulting companies in their area of expertise, they are growing with many long-standing employees and high staff retention.
