To succeed in this role, you will have:

* Progressed at least halfway into your Civil Engineering Degree and have a strong academic record, especially in structural units
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of the MS Office suite of tools, and experience using AutoCAD or structural modelling tools is beneficial
* A strong desire to learn and solve problems
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* The ability to work in a full-time capacity with us throughout much of December, January, and February, in alignment with university dates and our annual Christmas shutdown
